Dear Subscriber:
Each week we examine a theme from a variety of points of
view. The theme for this week is angels.
I welcome comments on my poems at https://nicholasgordon.blogspot.com
.
A poem about the difficulty of recognizing angels when you
see them:
Angels have no ID bracelets on them.
No features glow with heavenly delight.
Given that their wings are made of feeling,
Each flying angel's given to concealing
Love's plumage like a rainbow in the night.
Shyness cloaks the halos that surround them.
