A name poem imagining angels overwhelmed as they share our pain at the loss of a loved one:

Lest angels prove too poignant in their pity,

Inundated by redundant tears,

Not yet inured to loss that rends and sears,

Dream with them of that celestial city

Ablaze with love not battered by the years.
