A name poem for a disabled child who is her mother’s treasure:

Jodie's not the burden that she thinks.

Of all my gifts, she's the dearest treasure.

Destiny may handicap the minx:

In love there's neither policy nor measure,

Embracing what must bring both pain and pleasure.
